Introducing Pamela Koefoed

Pamela Koefoed, author and director of Ignite School of Ministry, grew up in the Sacramento Valley. When not writing, she enjoys ministering to congregations and teaching the word of God nationally and internationally.

In 1998, during a season of revelation from the Lord and following a definite call into ministry, Pamela began organizing region-wide events. Immediately, the Lord moved upon individuals with chronic pain, healing them. Since then, hundreds have indicated complete freedom from various physical conditionsPamelaCorona and depression. Many testimonies have been verified over the years. Pamela shares these, while preaching and teaching, as a way to help congregations receive from the Lord a breakthrough into His blessings.

After the writing of her first book, Angels Appearing, Pamela wrote the gripping and remarkable story of her escape from grave danger. JoyRide: Life, Death and Forgiveness is her childhood story. It provides a very personal look at the extraordinary kindness of God in irrational circumstances. She is currently working on a third book.

Pamela’s ministry and writing career are based in a little mountain community in rural Oregon where she and her husband have raised their three children. They are proud grandparents of a little boy and girl.

  1. Wow. I grew up with a dad who loved to turn himself into an emotional Molotov Cocktail with cocaine and alcohol…when he got the right balance, he was a dream; when he did not…LOOK OUT! Blessings to you! I look forward to getting to know you better through your bloggie-blog!

    • Ouch! Or maybe I should say Yikes! Sounds like a bad combination and a lot of heartache. I’m also looking forward to the blog-relationship. It will be interesting, for sure. Sending blessings your way.

  2. Pamela, I left an anecdote May 9 in honor of Mother’s Day. Not sure you saw it yet as I didn’t see a reply. The writer’s fest looks wonderful, but I live in Florida, so will have to plan to a trip to the Pacific Northwest another time. Thank you!

    • Hi Marian,

No, I haven’t seen it. But now I’m really curious and will take a look at it. My schedule has been heaped high with projects, all good, thankfully, and I’ve fallen a bit behind in writing on my blog, but I’ll make up for it.

I think the book festival will be a great time for authors and for book lovers in general. Maybe you can make a trip out next year.

      Thank you for writing.
      Blessings to you~
